Our Team Overview
Our team of 18 has a wealth of experience covering all aspects of our business, with many of our staff now working in their particular industries for many decades. Experience can’t be easily replaced, it is built up over time. All of our key team members have been working at Russell & Sons for a minimum of 20 years, and we are pleased to introduce them below.
Andrew Russell
Administration
Andrew is a 4th Generation member of the business based in Accounts and Administration. He is responsible for the Debtors and Creditors Accounts, and has experience in Small Equipment Sales & Spare Parts. Please contact Andrew for all of your account or business enquiries.
Dean Hess
Dairy Sales
Dean comes from a Dairy Farming background, and has been working in this industry for more than 30 years. He is a qualified Milking Machine Installer and Tester, who is trained on the most up to date Computerised Equipment that is available.
David Neideck
Pump Sales
David is an Electrician by trade, and looks after the Sales, Installation and Repair of Submersible Borehole Pumps. He has many years of experience, in the electrical trade, and the pumping industry, both in his own business, and working with us at Russell and Sons.
David Watkins
Spare Parts
David has over 40 years of experience in our spare parts department. He has a broad knowledge of Milking Machine spares and consumables, as well as Pressure Pumps and Engine Spare Parts. He keeps a large range of parts in stock for the equipment that we sell, and can source parts for many other brands as well. Check our Spare Parts page for a full list of brands available.
